Replaces fixed stage columns with Screening, Interviewing, and Offer; adds per-application ordered future steps with atomic completion into stage history; preserves legacy stages for existing integrations.\n\nValidation: type checks, client build, and 32 focused tests pass. Browser smoke covered save, reorder, completion, timeline history, and board placement.
